Jing is developed by TechSmith.  Jing is free to download and use.  Jing videos are limited to five minutes.  Techsmith also has Jing Pro   which you can download and purchase for $14.95 a year.  This link will describe the differences between the "free" Jing and Jing Pro. 

You can sign up for a "free" ScreenCast.com account from TechSmith for a place for you to upload your Jing files and share with others.  Screencast.com allows a user 2 GB of storage for free.  If you  need more storage than this, you can purchase Screencast.com Pro for $9.95 or less depending on your location) a  month and obtain 25GB of storage space.
